Q: What are your lashes made from?

A: Our lashes are made from either 100% real mink or 100% synthetic fibers. To know which lashes are real or synthetic, read the product description located on the product page.

 

Q: Are your lashes cruelty-free?

A: YES! All of our faux lashes are cruelty-free. Animal cruelty is an issue that we considered deeply in our mission statement and business practices.

 

Q: Which style of lashes is the most dramatic?

A: Prada 

 

Q: Which styles of lashes are the most natural?

A: Natural Babe & Saweetie.

 

Q: Can your lashes be reused?

A: YES! All of our lashes are reusable up to 15-25 times with proper care. To prolong the use of your lashes, use our foaming lash shampoo to gently clean your lashes.

 

Q: I have a question about my order, how do I keep in touch?

A: Email us at support@9031163.hubspot-inbox.com or even contact our Live Customer Support Team and make sure to provide us with your full name and order number and we'll be happy to assist you.

 

Q: I own a small lash business myself. Do you offer wholesale orders?

A: No. For as of right now, we do not offer wholesale orders. We are expecting to offer wholesale in the near future.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We use PayPal to accept payments from our customers. We also accept credit/debit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and etc.



Q: How do I pay for my order without a PayPal account?

  1. Click on the blue "Pay with PayPal" button.
  2. Scroll until you see the "Pay with Debit or Credit card" button.
  3. Continue with your transaction using a debit or credit card of your choice.

Q: How do you use discount codes?

A: All discount and/or coupon codes are applied at checkout prior to complete your purchase. Only ONE offer or promotional code can be used per order. Promotions and/or discounts cannot be combined with any other offer. Once you've check out, Brianna S. Beautique cannot go back and apply discounts to your order after the order has been placed. 



SHIPPING & RETURNS:

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: YES! We now ship internationally to reach all of our beautiful babes around the world!

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: You should receive your order within 4-10 days. We work hard to give you your product(s) as soon as possible by processing and shipping out your order within the same or next day of purchase. If we are experiencing higher order demands, it may take up to 2-5 business days to process and ship out your order. Due to COVID-19, holidays, weather, where you live, and other circumstances, the estimated delivery time may vary. Q: Do you accept returns & refunds?

A: No. We do not accept returns due to sanitary reasons. Refunds are only accepted if there was a mistake on the seller's behalf. More information about our refund policy is located on our Shipping & Return Policy Page.

 

Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: No. Once you've placed your order, it is impossible for us to make any changes to your purchase. We advise before placing an order, double-check and make sure everything in your cart is correct and you are 100% sure about the item(s) you want to purchase. If you need assistance on finding the right lash style or any other products, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Q: Can I use my P.O. Box for my shipping address?

A: YES! A P.O. Box is an acceptable shipping address.

 

Q: What should I do if my package was stolen or lost?

A: Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped and a tracking number has been sent to the customer's email, Brianna S. Beautique is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We advise contacting USPS at 1-800-275-8777 about your stolen or lost package and see what are their policies on that issue.

 

Q: My package was delivered damaged, what should I do?

A: If your package was delivered damaged, please contact us at support@9031163.hubspot-inbox.com and make sure to send us your full name, a picture of the damaged item(s), and your order number the SAME DAY you receive your item(s) and we will be glad to handle the problem from there.

 

Q: I placed an order but my address is incorrect, what should I do?

A: Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible and we'll be glad to fix or change your address. Unless you noticed your address was incorrect after we shipped out your order and a tracking number was provided, unfortunately, there's nothing we can do in that circumstance.
