LOCAL CURBSIDE PICKUP:

  • We offer free local curbside pickup service for those who prefer to conveniently pick up their orders.
  • Curbside pickup orders can be placed around 9am-5pm.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours to prepare your order.
  • For the most part, we fulfill pickup orders within 1 hour.
  • If there is a delay, we will notify you via email.
  • Once your pickup order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with steps to successfully pick up your order.

 

PROCESSING TIME:

  • We will begin order verification, quality check, and packaging within the same or the next day of purchase.
  • Processing time may take up to 2-5 business days if we are experiencing high order volume.
  • Please allow us up to 1-5 business days to provide you with a tracking number.
  • For the most part, we process orders within 1-4 business days.
  • If there's a delay of any kind, we will notify you via email.
  • All orders have a pre-shipment tracking label.
  • Once the package has been picked up by USPS, it may take up to 48-72 hours for the tracking number to fully update.
  • After 5 days without receiving a tracking number or any notification about your order, please contact us immediately.

 

SHIPPING:

  • We use the carrier USPS for our shipments.
  • Orders will be ship out on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and sometimes Saturdays.
  • Shipping usually takes about 2-7 days to reach your destination.
  • If you want faster shipping, we suggest considering USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express offered at checkout so your package can arrive between 1-3 days.
  • Due to Covid-19, holidays, where you live, and other circumstances, shipping, and processing time from USPS may be delayed.
  • Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been sent to the customer's email, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • You must contact United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777 or file a claim on their website about your lost or stolen package.
  • We advise if your purchase is over $75, you should consider selecting USPS Priority or Express shipping at checkout to ensure that your package is insured.
  • Insurance is to protect against lost or damaged packages during shipping (First-Class Packages are NOT insured unless you purchase our Shipping Insurance for .99 at checkout).
  • We are also not responsible for any packages being sent to undeliverable or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. 
  • The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information is critical to ensure that your order will be delivered to the correct individual.
  • If you've entered the wrong or incorrect address at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can fix or change your address.
  • All orders have a 30 minute order fulfillment window to allow customers to notify us if their shipping information is potentially incorrect.
  • Unfortunately, if you've noticed your shipping information was incorrect once a tracking number has been provided to your email and your order has been shipped out to USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package.
  • If your package is delivered back to our warehouse due to an incorrect address and you would like to still receive your order, you as the consumer are responsible for a $6.00 shipping fee for us to reship the package to your correct address.
  • If your package says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact USPS with your tracking number to resolve the issue. You can let us know about the issue within 48 hours so we can contact the carrier as well but it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the carrier to find out more infomation as soon as possible.

 

FREE SHIPPING CODES:

  • All free shipping orders with promotional codes are only eligible for domestic orders and sent as First Class Mail.
  • If the weight of your package exceeds the maximum allowed weight for First Class Mail, then the package will be shipped as Priority Mail at our cost.
  • Otherwise, all orders with free shipping promotional codes will be processed and shipped as First Class Mail.  
  • Please note that free shipping cannot be combined with any other promo codes.

 

     

    ORDERING POLICY ONCE CHECKED OUT:

    • Before checking out, please make sure that you are 100% sure about the items you want to purchase.
    • If you are 16 years old or younger, please make sure you have parental consent before purchasing items from our website (by making a purchase with us, you agree to this agreement and refunds or cancellations will not be made by parents or guardians for orders made without parental permission).
    • All orders have 30 minutes before they are fulfilled.
    • After 30 minutes, we will begin packaging orders.
    • Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not always guaranteed.

     

    REFUNDS: 

    •  Unfortunately, ALL OF OUR SALES ARE FINAL, which means our products are non-refundable.
      Please make sure that you've carefully read the product description before making a purchase.
    • After purchase, we cannot offer you a refund unless there was a mistake on the seller's behalf.
